1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Astraea mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is operated by Knitted Logic ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Astraea is an astrology application that provides:

• Personalized horoscopes based on your birth data
• Natal chart calculations and interpretations
• AI-powered astrology chat and guidance
• Transit tracking and notifications
• Purchasable astrology readings

Entertainment Purposes Only: All content provided through Astraea, including horoscopes, readings, and astrological interpretations, is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Astraea does not provide professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• Email address
• Password
• Birth date, time, and location (for chart calculations)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information as necessary

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Premium Subscription

Astraea offers a Premium subscription with the following options:

• Monthly subscription: Billed monthly
• Annual subscription: Billed annually

Subscription features include unlimited AI chat, full natal chart access, transit notifications, and detailed aspect interpretations.

5.2 One-Time Purchases

The App offers individual readings for one-time purchase, including but not limited to Love & Relationships, Career & Finance, Year Ahead, and Compatibility reports.

5.3 Payment and Billing

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies. We do not directly process refunds. For assistance, contact vedran@knittedlogic.com.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Knitted Logic or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 User Content

By submitting content through the App (such as chat messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.

8. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate astrological content and chat responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• AI responses are based on astrological interpretations, not factual predictions
• You should not rely on AI-generated content for important life decisions
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Professional Advice

Astraea does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

9.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

9.3 "As Is" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNITTED LOGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Knitted Logic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Knitted Logic regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
